Our formula for success is the desire to preserve and develop the team, adherence to strict organizational discipline, on the basis of which our company was built. The use of modern management methods, collective responsibility, focus on results, a systematic approach to solving management problems instead of chasing “profitable” contracts - all these factors gave our company the opportunity to fully use internal reserves and feel confident in a crisis. In fact, in the pre-crisis period, our company carried out the construction of about 70% of the so-called “unprofitable” communication lines in Moscow (i.e. short-length communication lines, construction in areas of heavily loaded telephone sewerage with its restoration, construction of the “last mile”, etc. .d.). Effective work on the implementation of such low-budget projects without loss of quality, as well as the “contact” of our employees, led to the highest increase in the credibility of the majority of telecom operators in Moscow. Despite the crisis situation in the economy, which resulted in a reduction in operating costs of large companies, and as a consequence - a general drop in construction volumes, the reputation of VOKS IT JSC in the telecommunications market made it possible to keep our company's production volumes practically unchanged (the drop in production volumes amounted to 1.3% for 2009 compared to 2008). More than 20 operators have entrusted us with servicing their communication lines. Today, VOKS IT JSC builds about 25 kilometers of fiber-optic communication lines, about 10 cable and sewer facilities every month, eliminates about 12 emergency situations, and processes about 30 projects. VOKS IT services cover more than 4,000 km. VOLS. Our engineers have developed our own project management system, which allows us to quickly monitor the key points of all processes occurring in the company and quickly respond to the current situation. The technical department of our organization took part in the development of the network topology of many Russian operators and has experience in a systematic approach to the analysis and development of the most cost-effective technological solutions. Reviews of our employees on technological solutions of other design and construction organizations have long been used as a kind of coordinate system in the telecommunications business for an expert assessment of the situation.
